meeting julius... {birth}

This little man is jumping the gun already. Although the C-section was booked for 7:30am, baby boy decided to take matters into his own hands and start the party a little sooner. At 3:42, on New Year's Eve, Julius entered the world. His Mom + Dad {see their maternity session here} greeted him with wonder and love. Look forward to his newborn portraits next week.
If there is one thing I would love to book more of this year, it would be births. I am a mom and I am a nurse...I LOVE hospitals. I am also a photographer that thrives on capturing genuine emotions and candid vignettes; it doesn't get more real and raw than birth.
