mike, kelly + judah {abbotsford maternity photography}

I have thoroughly loved doing a few maternity shoots lately. My most recent and last, is this one. I met this sweet family about a year ago when I photographed Mike's parents and family as an anniversary present. Judah was under a year at that point, but some photos I have of him and his gorgeous blue eyes are some of my all time favorites. I have run into them a few times these last several months (weddings, Starbucks....) and I can truly say that I enjoy their company.

This session was only shot last weekend, and was my first ever session in early morning light. Never mind that I was pretty much soaked in dew by the time I arrived at church an hour later...the light was gorgeous!  Mike + Kelly have definite artistic flair, and had a lot of ideas and input into their session. I hope you guys enjoy them as much as I do. Kelly and I will likely deliver our babes within days of each other, so I wanted to get these to her quickly....keep me posted!!!!
