Aaaah... part two of a great engagement session. You can see their initial post here. I think I'm going to miss this couple until we meet up again at their August wedding.
For the second segment of these photos, we met up at Clover Point and Beacon Hill Park in Victoria. These are both beautiful areas in the capital city, both also within a short distance from where Brian grew up. We started the session attempting to fly a kite...but super high winds and a dud kite made that a bit of a fail. The lower beach provided some great shelter from the wind as did the treed fields at Beacon Hill.
In other news, you may notice a slight change of scenery here on the blog! My hubby slaved away on photoshop yesterday, helping to create something that we felt represented us a little better! We are so enjoying growing this business together...we look forward to spending time with 14 couples this year, getting to know them, being part of such a monumental day in their lives, and sharing their love stories through images. It's a pretty great job.
I will still be taking portrait sessions, including family, maternity, newborn, grad etc. Be sure to drop me an email well ahead of time as the calendar seems to be filling quickly!
Happy New Year !!!
Again, beautiful. Nice job Megs and Steve!
