tony + cherilyn {surrey wedding photography}

The wedding day of Tony + Cherilyn dawned grey and drippy. We were prepared with our protective camera cover and umbrellas of different colors and sizes. With Starbucks in our hands, we made our way to the home of one of the bridesmaids where the girls were getting ready. The calmest bride I have ever encountered opened the door. Cherilyn was the absolute picture of  easygoing. The house was full of girly paraphernalia, healthy snacks and youtube videos. Have I shared how much I love shooting getting ready photos? I do! It's such a exciting time - watching these gals transform and giggle with their nearest and dearest. I have to give a huge thanks to Cherilyn's gang for making me feel so welcome :)

{our little flower girl was kept entertained with thanks to netflix}

{check out my hubby's awesome ring shot...scrumptious!}

{oh so lovely}

Steve spent half the morning with us gals, but then proceeded to Tony's place to grab a few shots of the guys getting ready. I love the bottom shot of all the guys crowded around the mirror. We aren't the only ones, ladies ;)

{this wedding boasted a very cute bunch of little people}

{they definitely got the first kiss right}

{after a receiving line and visiting time at the church, it was off to Tony's family home}
{aka...the dumptruck photos}

{from there we met up again at beautiful Campbell Valley Park}
{the girls each brought a pair of gumboots (including me) and the boys were left to tread carefully through the mud}

{love, love, love this red barn}

{the day ended at the Dhaliwal Banquet Hall in Surrey}
{the celebration was a multicultural affair...amazing food, oodles of people and an amazing team of bhangra dancers}

Congratulations again to Tony + Cherilyn ~ Your wedding day was a beautiful mixture of friends, family, culture and fun. Thanks so much for giving us the opportunity to share it with you :)
