This is a special one to me folks! As some of you know, our business now operates both on Vancouver Island and in Greater Vancouver (and in Hawaii if you like!). And while we have shot some family + engagement sessions on the island, we had yet to book a wedding...until now!! Joel and Jenny will be married next summer at the lovely Sooke Prestige Oceanfront Resort and Steve and I have the privilege of photographing their wedding. We were also both able to shoot their engagement session at a favourite spot of ours and theirs - beautiful Island View Beach. The session landed on one of the last few stunning evenings of fall and I'm so glad that this light and warmth was the backdrop for this sweet couple.
