This was such a great session for me! Firstly, because it finally happened. This was one of those sessions that just got rescheduled over and over and over and....you get the picture. Thankfully, Karen + Sheldon were as determined as I was, and a couple days before Christmas we got blessed with this beautiful day. And when I say beautiful, I mean perfect: bright, with just enough clouds to prevent any troubles. I met up with the family in the morning, and they brought me to this fabulous location: an abandoned railyard! The mix of brick, and wood and history was so awesome. As is this family! I have totally enjoyed getting to know them a bit through our church, and their beautiful daughter has even babysat for our girls.
So, to all four of you, thank you for being so patient and also for being so fun! It is obvious that there is a lot of genuine love and laughter in your home and it was a privilege for me to take your photos!
