There are so many things I love about my job, but this is one of my favourites. I love to tell the story. As Steve and I shoot a wedding, it is always there in the back of our heads..capturing the small details that contribute to the story of a wedding day. It's the way your mom looks on she watches her baby girl dancing with her daddy. It's the finishing touches on the dress you've been dreaming of for months (maybe years?) It the small details that you found on pinterest, and after hours of labour are all in place. It's in the way your maid of honor calls you mean names, so you don't start to cry; in the cobwebs still laced with the rain that stopped just as you walked down the aisle. It's the way your new husband dipped you for that first kiss. There are SO, so many little things that make up your wedding day and this wedding is one of my favourite examples of this.
Scott and Carolyn planned the most amazing day...just full to the brim of beauty and love. Thanks to both of you for giving us the pleasure of documenting your story :)
